Before proceeding, a complete backup will be made of all the contents of your hard disk, then we will proceed with its formatting and subsequently with the installation of the new OS. How does it work:

• Purchase the service by indicating during check-out the times when our courier can come by to pick up your computer
• If possible, pack your PC in the original packaging or if you don't have the original packaging, find a cardboard and make sure that the computer does not touch the box directly but rests on shot-peened or compacted paper to absorb any shocks. Seal the package and apply the label that we will send you by email.
• If you wish to deliver the computer to one of our offices in Ancona or Numana without using the shipping service, write it down during check-out.
• If you are a resident within the Marche region you can avoid packing your computer.
• Upon receipt of your computer we will process it as described then proceed with the return.
