DEV74 Guarantees all its products and all its services with diversified Limited Warranty formulas that comply with the terms of the law or exceed them qualitatively.
The aforementioned guarantees are not applicable to products belonging to the RetroComputing category with particular reference to Hardware for Amiga systems produced between the years 80/90 and 2000 within the first decade, unfortunately it is not possible to provide guarantees on hardware produced at such a long time of distance. Replacement products cannot be supplied in case of problems or breakdowns or force majeure. The right of withdrawal is not applicable to these products, the purchase of products in the RetroComputing category is to be considered as seen and liked for the reasons indicated above. The exceptions to this directive will be indicated in the presence of New Hardware products for classic Amiga systems from time to time in the relative descriptions.
WARRANTY 1 - Scure Used Label
1 Month - This warranty is valid for one month from the date of purchase / payment and applies to all products with a "Used Guaranteed" label. It allows you to have repair or reimbursement assistance for any problem found on a Used Guaranteed product purchased on this website. To obtain support, it may be necessary to return or return the product to DEV74. Any expense of return always remains the responsibility of the buyer.
12OC WARRANTY - Legal
It is valid for 12 months on all new products and is an On Center product, ie the product is repaired free of charge if delivered or shipped to DEV74 within 12 months from the date shown on the invoice. It is applied when products are invoiced to VAT holders.
12OS WARRANTY
12 Months Full On Site for all new products - Only if expressly indicated this guarantee allows you to have assistance at the place where the product / service was sold to you without any charge within and not beyond the first 12 months from the date shown on the invoice . It can be applied when the products are invoiced to VAT holders.
24OC WARRANTY - Legal
It is valid for 24 months and is an On Center type only for all new products. The product is repaired free of charge if delivered or shipped to DEV74 within 24 months from the date shown on the invoice. It is applied when the products are invoiced to private subjects who only have the Tax Code.
36OC GUARANTEE
It is valid for 36 months and is an On Center type only for new products and only if expressly indicated in the product description or invoice. The product is repaired free of charge if delivered or shipped to DEV74 within 36 months of the date shown on the invoice.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is allowed for all hardware products and services and must be requested no later than 10 days from the date of the order balance directly online by filling in the appropriate form here. The refund will be equal to the balance paid less shipping costs even if the product still has to be shipped. In case of shipment, the refund will be made when the product is returned to DEV74. The return shipment remains the responsibility of the buyer. For services that do not require shipping, the reimbursement is equal to 95% of the order balance due to commissions on the transaction. The right of withdrawal is not applicable for purchases in the RetroComputing category.
