The service "FastLane" is your dedicated solution for minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. Designed for companies and professionals who require fast and effective technical assistance, "FastLane" offers priority interventions and complete solutions for every problem.

What the "FastLane" service includes:

  • Guaranteed Priority Intervention: From the moment a problem is reported, we guarantee an on-site or remote technical intervention (depending on the type of problem) within 24/48 working hours. Our team of expert technicians will be dedicated to diagnosing and solving your problem as quickly as possible. In case of an OnSite intervention, a mileage cost of €0.39/km will be applied from DEV74's headquarters in Numana (AN).
  • Technical Problem Diagnosis and Resolution (optional): Full coverage for a wide range of hardware and software issues, including:
    • Network and connectivity problems.
    • Malfunctions of servers, workstations, and peripherals.
    • Operating system and application software errors.
    • Data recovery (where possible and with an additional cost if advanced specialized intervention is required).
    • System performance optimization.
  • Equipment Replacement (optional): In case of irreparable hardware malfunction or the need for an upgrade, we offer a service of rapid equipment replacement. This includes:
    • Customer-owned equipment: Evaluation of the faulty equipment and proposal for replacement with equivalent or superior hardware (cost of the equipment excluded from the service fee).
    • Equipment provided by us: Possibility to include in the service the provision of temporary replacement equipment (e.g., servers, PCs, routers) to ensure operational continuity while waiting for repair or definitive replacement. Further details on availability and costs will be provided during contract signing.
  • Unlimited Remote Support (optional): Unlimited access to our technical support team via phone, email, and remote access tools for immediate resolution of minor problems or assistance with configuration.
  • Dedicated Technical Consultation: A technical contact person will be at your disposal for consultations, suggestions, and support in managing your IT infrastructure.
  • Proactive Monitoring (Optional): Possibility to integrate a proactive monitoring service for your critical systems to prevent potential problems before they arise (to be quoted separately).
