DEV74 provides information on the website and/or by telephone, any messaging software on any hardware platform, for your convenience. The reproduction, distribution and reprinting of any kind of information, material, documents, software, products or services without the prior permission of DEV74 is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Information on intellectual property
Itesti, images, audio files, animations, video files and their arrangement on this site are subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection in the United States, Italy and other countries. The names of all other companies, products or services may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. This website does not grant any license to any intellectual property, including without limitation, copyright, trademark or service mark. This principle also applies to the services and products sold or supplied by any means and/or in any way by DEV74.
Article 1 - Issue or supply of services & goods
All requests for services or supplies of Hardware or Software, against payment, must necessarily be approved on the basis of the relevant commercial offer or quotation. For package services requested via the web, approval is implicit and contextual to the request, if the costs are indicated in relation to the service or product you intend to purchase.
Article 2 - Terms and methods of payment
2.1 - Transaction: Only the full payment of the invoiced amount according to the instructions indicated in the documents undersigned as a commercial proposal and / or business transaction, designates the Buyer as the owner of all tangible goods subject to the transaction and concludes the commercial transaction. 2.2- Termination of payment: If it is agreed that the total amount subject to the transaction will be paid in monthly instalments, this can also be settled by paying the remaining monthly instalments in a lump sum, in any case no later than the due date. 2.3- Advance on the estimate: When the proposed offer contains one or more goods or services for a total value greater than an amount determined unilaterally by DEV74, an advance payment equal to 50% of the total value indicated will be requested. 2.4- Delayed or non-payment: Delayed payment of the amounts due to DEV74 as agreed in the documents stipulated in relation to a commercial transaction, will result in the iterruption of any service and/or supply even without prior notice, the debiting of interest at the rate of 1% per month of the amount due. Failure to make partial or total payment of the amount due gives DEV74 di Daniele Radoni the right to interrupt any service and/or product supplied and/or supplied even without prior notice and to regain possession of all the goods covered by this contract with consequent cancellation by definitively withholding any amount paid by the Buyer as compensation and reimbursement of expenses and for damages resulting from invoicing and failure to complete the transaction as planned.
Article 3 - Waiver or withdrawal from the contract
of DEV74 (Article 2) at any time, it is established that: 3.1- Right of renunciation The Purchaser has the right to renounce or not approve all or part of the commercial proposals or quotations produced by the Supplier and commissioned for it without owing anything to DEV74. Any quotation or commercial proposal produced by DEV74 is to be considered, unless explicitly communicated, free of charge and without any commitment if not explicitly approved by the recipient and/or Purchaser Company. 3.2 - Re-thinking or withdrawal after the approval of the proposals In case the Purchaser Company intends to renounce to the goods or services requested after the approval of the estimates or commercial proposals and/or at the beginning of the working phases necessary for the issue of the same, all the expenses incurred will be charged in addition to any charges related to costs incurred for the design and planning of the service. Any payments made by the Purchaser will be retained to cover the expenses incurred as indicated above. 3.3- Withdrawal of the transaction for causes external to DEV74 In case of lack of the minimum necessary arrangements or for any other cause directly or indirectly delegated or employed by the Buyer Company or third parties directly or indirectly delegated or employed by it, such as to prevent the regular supply of goods or services by DEV74 towards the Buyer Company as established by the estimates or commercial proposals duly signed, all expenses incurred will be charged in addition to any charges related to costs incurred for the design and planning of the service. Any payments made by the Buyer Company will be retained to cover the expenses incurred as indicated above.
Article 4 - Limitation of liability
DEV74 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY QUESTION RELATING TO HARDWARE, SOFTWARE SUPPLIES, WELLNESS AND SERVICES IN THE VIRTUE OF ANY CONTRACT, FOR ANY NEGLIGENCE, PRECISE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OR OTHER SUPPOSITION (A) FOR DIRECT EACH DIRECT, (B) FOR ANY LOSS OR INACCURACY RELATING TO DATA OR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY, OR (C) FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS.
Article 5 - Warranty
Within the limits of the law, and without prejudice to the rights of consumers, DEV74 offers its services as they are, without any additional or implicit guarantee to those contained in the relative indications or descriptions of the goods or services represented on its website, on documents such as quotations or commercial proposals.
Article 6 - Exclusion of Quotations
In any case, DEV74 reserves the right to refuse any request for intervention or service at its sole discretion.
Article 7 - Miscellaneous
All matters relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Italian State without regard to conflicts of law provisions. These terms and conditions represent the complete and exclusive statement of mutual understanding between you and DEV74 and supersede and cancel any prior written or oral agreement and any communication relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. These General Terms and Conditions may be modified by DEV74 at any time without notice or notice to anyone.
