Some tests always carried out under AGA have shown me how even network performance drops sharply when we use 8bit AGA instead of a video card. In download on Amiga from PC the difference in performance is also visible by simply iconifying the RC-FTP server with a difference of at least 100kb / s! Tests performed on AGA with 8bit WB on Multiscan screen while if I reduce the color depth the differences disappear or at least I didn't notice it. This also explains why it is difficult / impossible to render complex web pages in a context where bandwidth and room for maneuver have remained simply those of 30 years ago. But today the ZZ9000 could simply revolutionize everything! Just think of the two integrated Cortex A9 coprocessors to fantasize about a browser with html & css hardware acceleration!

The old CyberVisionPPC had 8MB of RAM and could generate screens up to 1280 x 1024 at 32bit or 1600 x 1200 at 24 bit without considering the speech of the Refresh video, this once, it was fundamental to have a stable image on a good monitor that he had to compose it by shooting a zig-and-zag beam of electrons over the entire surface as quickly as possible. Well today all this is no longer needed, today a data stream is enough to be able to pilot the level of "optical filling" produced by the liquid crystal quickly enough, each bit simply has to get in its place and that's it, the hard times of the tube are finished forever. If I'm not mistaken the CyberVisionPPC was the most powerful video card for Amiga ever produced and with more memory on board than any other card for any Amiga model, at least until today! With the birth of the ZZ9000 in this 2019 many limitations and obsolete technologies are overcome by bringing the classic Amigas to a level of performance that ... we will experience very soon! In any case, all ZZ9000 owners will be able to open the fantastic WorkBench in FullHD at 1920 x 1080 on a beautiful LCD and then we'll see some really good ones!
